About us

Daima Group (Ltd), a retail company trading in household items and foodstuffs started its operations in 2013. Our retail shops operate under the trade name ‘Daimatt’ and are conveniently located in populous residential areas in Nairobi, Kajiado and Mt Kenya region to give our customers a great shopping experience. The Group has interests in the hospitality industry and operates Zizi restaurants specializing in delicious African dishes. The restaurants offer outside catering for Weddings and Private functions, Corporate events, office and home delivery services within Nairobi. We are located at Soin Arcade in Westlands. Contacts: 0703 418 429 We have heavily invested in Agriculture, both dairy and poultry farming. Our farms supply our retail chain with both eggs and milk and other value added milk products.

History

Daima Group Ltd., (DGL) started is operations in the Mt Kenya region in 2008. The first Daimatt was opened in February 2014 in Rongai, Kajiado County. This shop was a huge success and the company replicated the business model in our other shops in Nairobi County located in Kayole, Mwiki, Mathare, Ruiru, Pipeline in Embakasi and our newest branch in Kasarani. The Mount Kenya shops are located in kerugoya, Kutus and Mwea. Some of the outlets in the region serve as distribution centers for our agricultural products

Requirement

We uphold quality and are passionate about compliance. We, therefore, insist on the following supplier requirements
1.Supplier must be registered with the registrar of companies under the provisions of the company Act.
2.Supplier must possess PIN certificate issued by Kenya revenue authority.
3.Supplier must be registered for Value Added Tax and issued with a VAT certificate or Exemption letter.
4.Supplier should have a good reputation with no record of fraudulent,dealings and must maintain high integrity in all business transactions,with Daima Group ltd.
5.Supplier should have the capacity to fully supply orders issued by the Company.
